Energy Healing

I offer 1-1 Energy Healing Sessions, Group Energy Clearing Sessions, and my Energy Upgrade Programme™️ - which includes a series of 6 workshops focussed on energetic visualisation exercises, energy clearing and balancing. I used to work in Law before moving into Yoga and Kundalini teaching. I then learnt about past life regression before becoming certified in Jikiden Reiki. I then trained in Advanced Energy Clearing, and Higher Vibrational Techniques with Andy Tomlinson. This is how I learnt to clear attachments and other dense energies. I started to develop my own practice in 2023 and I’ve been working on it and using it since then. I have worked with cases such as phobias, trapped emotions, past life energy imprints, unknown cause aches / pains, stress / anxiety, intrusive thoughts and more. I find my investigative skills from my legal background useful in helping me to get to the root of issues where the cause is unknown. I can then work, layer by layer to remove energy that may be influencing the issue. I enjoy my work, there is literally never a dull moment.. no two cases are ever the same!
