These terms apply to everyone who uses brighton-wellness.co.uk (the “Platform”). By using the Platform you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Platform.
The Platform is operated by Natasha Jackson Ltd, registered at 38a Stafford Road, Brighton & Hove, BN15PF (“we”, “us” or “our”).
What the Platform is
The Platform is a directory. It lists wellness events and practitioners in and around Brighton and Hove, submitted by the people running them. It is a place to find things; it is not a booking system or professional body. Directory listings may be billed on this site. Community membership is paid on Circle, not through this Platform. Event submissions are free.
What the Platform is not
We do not provide health, medical, therapeutic or psychological advice, and nothing on the Platform is a substitute for professional care. In an emergency, call 999.
We do not vet, verify, endorse, accredit or supervise the people and organisations listed here. We review submissions for obvious problems before publishing them, but that review is editorial, not professional. Listing on the Platform is not a recommendation.
Your submissions
When you submit an event or listing you confirm that the information is accurate, that you have the right to submit it, and that publishing it would not infringe anyone else's rights. You grant us a licence to display the content on the Platform.
If you upload photos with a directory listing, you also grant Natasha Jackson Ltd permission to reuse those images in Brighton Wellness Festival marketing — including the website, social media and newsletters — once the listing is approved. We only use images you have the right to share, and approval is the point at which that permission is confirmed. Please only upload images you own or are licensed to grant this use.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Platform to post misleading, harmful, unlawful or abusive content, or to attempt to interfere with the Platform’s operation or security.
Our liability
The Platform is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of listings or events found through the Platform, or from reliance on any information published here.
