Zoey is a Somatic & Energetic Practitioner and founder of On.ah, working with Women, Men and Children to restore nervous system balance, energetic flow and embodied self-regulation. Her Collaborative approach blends body, breath and energy work, helping to release stores tension and restore communication between the nervous system and physical body. Sessions are guided by the body's innate intelligence; supporting meaningful shifts and long term healing.
