Full moon circle and sound bath

Join us at Flow State, Hove for one final gathering beneath the Full Moon. Sitting in Gemini, this moon invites us to find clarity, embrace new perspectives and reconnect with our truth. Let’s come together in community to release old stories, quiet the mind and find stillness in the chaos through an immersive sound bath. Together we'll: ✨ Arrive & ground ✨ Community share circle ✨ All about the full moon ✨ Journalling & intention setting ✨ Deeply restorative sound bath Limited spaces available; come and share this final circle with us as we honour how far we’ve come and make space for what’s next.
